I first knew of this in 1995 when Dr Gunther did his work in Iraq from Gulf war 1. too bad it took 15 years to alert the public to this devastating criminal act.

I absolutely HATE everything my country stands for. The use of these weapons is unconscionable. This is a true weapon of mass destruction. It is also an indiscriminate weapon that also harms US marines, sailors and soldiers.
